    2013 - Present

    At Synchrony, I’ve handled everything from Customer Service, various banking core processes, and Instructional Design, to my most recent position in Process Design.

    I currently work as a Senior Specialist in our Disputes department, where I write and edit standard operating procedures and help design processes from the ground up.

    I also recently worked in Instructional Design, where I handled writing storyboards and then turning them into fantastic finalized training designs. I handled writing relatable and interesting stories, making sure to include technical and informational elements. I also covered image selection, design, and dynamic instructional elements. I created these designs with the design programs Vyond, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline 360.
